Looking for a more hands on approach? Our in person training is the perfect solution to get trained, answer questions, and have the capping process demoed in person from the comfort of your own home. One of our cold cap technician will host an in-person conference with the patient and their designated capper in training on the capping method and techniques we have found to be most effective for optimal hair preservation with a hands on approach.

If you decide you would like your Capper for the full day, let us know! If your Capper is available we will invoice according to your desired treatment plan.
Hourly Add on’s starting at $65 per hour max 5 hours. Time begins once capper has arrived at the facility.
First Treatment On Site Training
starting at $400 (half day)
Have a professional capper come and get you started on the morning of your first treatment and train a family member/or a friend to finish your day. This package includes a cold cap specialist to accompany you on the morning of treatment, a walk you through prepping the scalp, pre-cooling, rotating the caps in the cooler and how to properly change the caps. This is a perfect affordable option that will get you started so you feel comfortable completing the rest of your day with your trusted family member or friend.

This package includes: A cold cap technician will attend the chemotherapy session(s) and apply designated cold caps before, during and after infusion for a stress free experience. Our specialists are responsible for picking up the dry ice during the day of treatment and providing extra supplies. Cost of dry ice is not included. Travel costs may apply.
