You feel at ease in hospitals or medical settings and maintain professionalism under pressure during treatment sessions.

Strong Communicator
You can clearly explain procedures, listen actively, and provide reassurance to clients and caregivers throughout the process.

Medical or Caregiving Experience
Previous experience in roles like nursing assistant, home health aide, patient care tech, or similar is encouraged — but not required.

Weekday Daytime Availability
Treatments often take several hours; you must be available for the full day on assigned treatment dates and with weekday availability.

Willingness to Travel
You have reliable transportation and can travel to various hospitals or infusion centers within your area as needed.

Physically Capable
You can lift and transport cold cap equipment weighing up to 50–60 lbs and ensure it’s properly maintained and sanitized.

Detail-Oriented and Precise
You’re able to follow exact protocols with accuracy and consistency to ensure optimal cold capping results for every client.

No Prior Cold Capping Experience Required but Encouraged
We provide comprehensive training to ensure you're fully prepared and confident before supporting any clients on your own.
What are the steps

Schedule A Meet & Greet
You’ll be asked a few questions to help us determine whether you are eligible for our Capping Program.

Training & Onboarding
Series of training modules will take place by our certified Cold Cap cappers and you will be onboarded with our Cold Cap kits.

Begin Capping!
Once you are qualified CPA capper you will be listed in our available cappers archive and will begin scheduling with clients in your area!
