Hello, I’m Falesha—a licensed cosmetologist, educator, and self-proclaimed confidence coach who believes beauty starts at the root but radiates from the heart. My journey has always been about more than hair, I’ve spent my career blending beauty and purpose while helping others feel confident, cared for and empowered. Becoming a Capper is a natural extension of my passion. I have the privilege of walking alongside clients through some of their most personal and courageous moments. Each cap I fit is a quiet act of love—a way to say “you’re not alone” without saying a word. For me, it’s not just a service—it’s a calling rooted in care, connection, and confidence.
