Cold capping became more than just a tool for me it was a lifeline that helped me maintain a sense of identity and control when everything else felt uncertain. Experiencing its success firsthand opened my heart to share my story with others, and becoming a Capper allows me to walk alongside those starting their own journey with care, compassion, and confidence.
