Renee Lawless

As a former cold cap user and a passionate advocate for preserving hair during chemotherapy, Renee brings firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the cold capping process to her role with us as a certified capper in 2024. After successfully using Penguin Cold Caps during her own treatment, she is now celebrating three years cancer-free. Her journey with cold capping not only helped her retain her hair but also inspired her to help others navigate their own battles with cancer.

Having recently returned to her hometown of Jacksonville, Florida, after a period of working with cold capping in California, Renee is eager to extend her support to patients in her community. Her personal experience as a cold cap user enables her to speak confidently about the effectiveness of the process and empathize with clients during their treatment.
